1. What forms of payment does SoShru accept?

We accept payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD.

In addition, we accept Cash on Delivery in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery?

For delivery within the United Arab Emirates, there is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to process a Cash on Delivery request at our sole discretion.

3. When will I be charged?

If you are paying by credit card, once your credit card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If you are paying by Cash on Delivery (applicable for the United Arab Emirates only), payment will be taken when the item is delivered to your specified location. Please ensure that you have cash ready when the item is being delivered. We will not accept requests to take personal checks.

4. My credit card payment was declined, what should I do?

This can happen for a number of reasons. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, Try checking the card details you entered such as the card number, expiration date, and card type are correct and check that the billing address matches that listed with the card. Usually when a payment has not been authorized, the cardholder can call the issuer and discuss the matter, resulting with an authorized payment. If the problem persists, try entering the details of a different card. If you are still unable to process your payment, please contact us at orders@SoShru.com and we will be glad to assist you.

5. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

At SoShru we take the essential precautions to make our site secure. That’s why all credit card transactions on the website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

6. Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

For shipments to the UAE, there are no duties or taxes. For shipments outside the UAE, orders may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees, which may need to be paid upon delivery. Please note that the courier company will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling charges separately for each country where and when they may apply.

7. What type of address do you deliver to? can you deliver to a postal box?

As all deliveries require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. We can only deliver to physical addresses and not to P.O. Boxes.

8. Can you deliver to a hotel or another address besides my home?

Yes, we can. If you're shipping to a hotel or office, please put the hotel or office name in the address field as well as the recipient name, if applicable.

9. Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes, customers are required to sign or have someone sign on their behalf.

10. Can I send an item as a gift?

Not at this time! We hope to add this feature very soon.

11. Can I return an item?

Yes, items can be returned. Please click the returns section on the site for further details.

12. Can I place an order by phone?

13. Do I need to register to place and order?

It is not mandatory to register to place an order! However, by creating an account with SoShru all your details will be saved and that will make your purchases easier and quicker. Using your login username & password, you don't need to enter your address and other information, which will save you plenty of time. Your wish list will also store all the items which were added to help you manage your shopping.

14. How do I find the right size?

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Please click here  to view our returns and cancellation policy.

16. What is your dispute and resolution policy?

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website and any purchase by you of any items from SoShru shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Dubai, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate SoShru’s intellectual property rights, Nine Jay FZ-LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the U.A.E. Courts, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in Dubai, and all applicable provisions of this section shall apply.
